Definitions

• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, cashback allocations or reward-tier benefits issued by pedas88 subject to applicable wagering requirements and expiry conditions.
• "Member" means any natural person who has successfully completed registration on the Platform and whose Account is in good standing.
• "Platform" means the pedas88 website at https://pedas88.cam, including all associated pages, applications and services.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, bet, wager or transfer of funds into or out of a Member's Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus Deposit, as specified) must be validly wagered before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain a pedas88 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration.
2. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party.
3. You have not been previously excluded, suspended or banned from the Platform under any prior or concurrent Terms.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director or close associate of pedas88 or any of its affiliated entities.
5. You have a valid MYR-denominated payment method registered in your own name (including but not limited to accounts with Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, or e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay) capable of processing deposits and withdrawals.
6. Your registration and use of the Platform does not violate any law, regulation or obligation applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.

pedas88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility, including government-issued identity verification and proof of payment method ownership, at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension pending review.

Account Registration

Each Member is permitted to hold precisely one Account on the pedas88 Platform. Opening, operating or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities, devices, payment methods or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all Balance and Bonus Funds, and a permanent ban from the Platform.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identification or passport number, current residential address and a valid contact email address. You undertake to keep this information up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pedas88 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to protect your password or verification codes. Suspected unauthorised access must be reported to the pedas88 support team immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected].

Terms of Use

Access to and use of the pedas88 Platform is granted for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Members agree not to reproduce, distribute, adapt or commercially exploit any content, software, odds data or service available through the Platform without prior written consent from pedas88.

pedas88 makes reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and accuracy of odds, game outcomes and account data. However, the Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, technical disruptions or circumstances beyond pedas88's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. pedas88 is not liable for any losses attributable to service interruptions where reasonable notice has been provided or where the interruption is beyond our control.

Deposits & Payments

All deposits to pedas88 Accounts are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit channels include DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay and selected credit and debit card options where available.

Members may only deposit funds from payment instruments registered in their own legal name. Deposits originating from third-party accounts, credit facilities obtained for gambling purposes or instruments not matching the Account holder's verified identity will be reversed, and associated winnings forfeited.

Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply per channel and per transaction period. Current limits are displayed within the account dashboard at the time of transaction. pedas88 reserves the right to revise these limits with reasonable notice. Members experiencing deposit issues should contact support immediately and retain transaction reference numbers for investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, satisfaction of any outstanding Wagering Requirements, compliance with applicable withdrawal limits and the Account remaining in good standing at the time of the request.

Withdrawals are paid to the same channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically feasible, in order to maintain payment-method ownership consistency. Where this is not possible, pedas88 may request additional verification before processing to an alternative channel.

Indicative processing timelines are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay: typically 5–30 minutes after approval, subject to e-wallet provider processing.
• DuitNow & FPX bank transfers: typically same-day during banking hours; may extend to one business day outside standard periods.
• Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank: typically 1–2 business days after approval.

These timelines are indicative only. pedas88 does not guarantee processing within these windows. If a withdrawal is delayed beyond a reasonable period, Members should contact support with the transaction reference number.

Bonuses & Promotions

pedas88 may from time to time offer Welcome Bonuses, Reload Bonuses, Cashback credits, Loyalty Tier benefits and other promotional incentives. Each promotion is subject to individual terms specifying eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, Wagering Requirements, maximum bonus amounts, maximum bet sizes while a bonus is active, and expiry dates.

Unless promotional terms state otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable Wagering Requirement before any derived winnings may be transferred to the withdrawable Balance. Failure to meet Wagering Requirements within the specified validity period will result in automatic expiry of the Bonus and any winnings accrued solely through those Bonus Funds.

pedas88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or substitute any promotion at any time. Members who are found to have abused promotions, exploited Bonus structures or engaged in arbitrage across multiple Accounts may have promotions revoked and related winnings voided without prior notice.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All casino game outcomes on the pedas88 Platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and game-play conducted by professional dealers under independent oversight. pedas88 does not manipulate game outcomes in its favour beyond the published house edge or RTP parameters for each game.

Sports betting markets offered through pedas88 — including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, UFC and international cricket — are governed by market-specific rules available within the relevant betting section. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, settlement outcome or technical error, pedas88's resolution shall be final and binding, subject to the formal complaint process described in Section 17.

pedas88 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) a clear pricing error has occurred; (b) the event has been cancelled or materially changed; (c) there is evidence of match-fixing or corrupt activity in the relevant event; or (d) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms.

Responsible Gambling

pedas88 is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. The Platform makes the following responsible gambling tools available to all registered Members:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly caps on the total amount that may be deposited to the Account.
• Session Time Limits: Configurable time-on-site reminders and automatic session cut-offs.

• Engaging in any form of fraudulent chargeback, disputed transaction or payment reversal strategy.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Account of another Member without authorisation.
• Engaging in match-fixing or betting on events in which you have a conflict of interest or privileged inside knowledge.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pedas88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, odds data, software code, icons, images and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of pedas88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The pedas88 name, logo and associated trademarks may not be used, reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights and terminates automatically upon Account closure or breach of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pedas88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, financial loss resulting from service interruptions or technical errors, or any reliance on information published on the Platform.

Where statutory law does not permit the complete exclusion of liability, pedas88's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 12-month period immediately preceding the relevant event.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes pedas88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Account Suspension & Termination

pedas88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time for any of the following reasons, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass KYC or source-of-funds verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a regulatory, law enforcement or court directive requiring Account suspension or closure.
• Extended Account inactivity (typically 12 consecutive months without login), subject to prior notification to the registered email address.

Members may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining eligible real-money Balance (net of outstanding Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the Member's verified payment instrument within a reasonable timeframe.

Amendments

pedas88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — for example, modifications to fees, withdrawal procedures or core eligibility conditions — pedas88 will provide reasonable advance notice through on-Platform banners or direct communication to the registered Account email address.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you should cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14 above.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, including but not limited to the relevant provisions of the Contracts Act 1950 (Malaysia) and the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 (Malaysia) where applicable.

Members are responsible for ensuring that their use of the pedas88 Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction of residence. pedas88 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in all jurisdictions.
